iProspect Australia Appoints Ex-Facebook Exec Nick Seckold

iProspect Australia today announces the appointment of Nick Seckold to the role of national managing director.

The news comes as iProspect ANZ won the Specialist Agency of the Year at last night’s Campaign Asia Agency of the Year Awards.

Seckold joins iProspect Australia from Facebook in Singapore, where he has held leadership positions for the past three years, most recently as regional director of marketing science, Asia Pacific, before which he managed Facebook’s marketing technology platform, Atlas.

Seckold has also previously held the role of CEO Mindshare Singapore & and senior digital roles with Mindshare in the UK.

Speaking of the appointment iProspect Asia Pacific CEO Joanna Catalano said: “I have known and worked with Seckold for a number of years, and I am very pleased to be announcing his appointment to lead the iProspect business in Australia.

“With his experience in senior roles across global markets; his deep knowledge of the digital world and his authentic leadership style, Seckold has the perspective and credentials to take iProspect and its clients into a new phase of growth and development.”

Seckold said: “Having worked and lived abroad for 20 years, I am looking forward to bringing what I learned back home and making my next career move with iProspect.

“I have interacted with the iProspect business in my most recent role with Facebook and I observed them as a true innovator in the search and performance space.”

“I pride myself on having the ability to solve complex business challenges while building and managing high performing teams, experience that I hope the iProspect team will benefit from under my leadership.”

Seckold commences with iProspect on January 14 2019, and will be based in Dentsu Aegis Network’s Sydney office.
