Australian independent media agency Involved Media has promoted Cristina Spizzica to business intelligence director, alongside two further promotions across its account team.
In her new role Spizzica will lead the independent agency’s various artificial intelligence initiatives and drive its adoption across the business.
“Cristina has spent five years building our business intelligence capability into something the whole business relies on, and that foundation is what makes AI adoption real rather than theoretical,” said Involved Media general manager Dan Hojnik.
“Agencies that treat AI as a separate initiative tend to end up with pilots. We would rather build it on intelligence infrastructure that already works.”
Spizzica joined Involved Media in 2021 as a digital strategist. She has previously worked at EssenceMediacom as a digital investment manager and prior to that was at 3 Phase Marketing.
Hojnik also announced the promotions of Beth Giles to the role of senior account manager. Haylee Wyld has been promoted to the role of account executive.
“I am also delighted to announce two very well-deserved promotions. Both Beth and Haylee have made an enormous impact on our clients’ businesses and on the success of our team,” said Hojnik.
“Their individual achievements are impressive, but together they have helped deliver outstanding results across key clients, including strong sales outcomes for our clients Anytime Fitness, CAANZ and R U OK?.”
All appointments are effective immediately.
