Innocean Australia has made seven appointments across a diverse range of disciplines, on the back of a YOY revenue increase of 25 per cent due to recent new business wins across a variety of sectors. Innocean restructured the agency’s leadership in early 2026 to continue its growth trajectory.

The appointments cover the entire spectrum of marketing expertise, to service a range of new clients.

“As an Indie agency, we’ve had a phenomenal year so far, experiencing growth across all areas of the business, which is a testament to the end-to-end offering we have been building over the past years. We have had growth in Media, Digital, our Consultancy offering, and most importantly in new client categories,” said Innocean Australia CEO, Jasmin Bedir.

“It has been a whopper of a year for us, with amazing work delivered already and even bigger campaigns lined up for Q4 and 2026. The energy running through the joint is intoxicating, and these new hires show just how the agency offering has changed in a short period of time,” commented Brendan Willenberg, ECD.

Holly Mizen joins Innocean as group business director media with 15 years of experience in the marketing industry, having worked with prominent Australian brands such as Optus, Netflix, Unilever, Apple, and LVMH.

Robin Chan joins as media strategy director. Building on his previous roles on both client and agency side, he brings experience in Media, CX and Brand strategy to all Innocean clients.
