Wednesday TV Wrap: Hard Quiz Triumphs As Viewers Show ABC The Love

Hard Quiz continues to pull significant numbers for the ABC, with 778,000 viewers tuning in Wednesday night, according to OzTAM metro numbers.

Aussies are showing the ABC plenty of love as of late, with all of its shows pulling consistently high numbers.

Meanwhile, over at Nine, its best entertainment show for the night was Hot Seat (590,000), Seven’s was The Chase (701,000) and 10’s Bondi Rescue enjoyed a lift from last week with 444,000 viewers.

Nine took the crown across all channels with 27.1 per cent, Seven got silver with 25.4 per cent, ABC did 21.0 per cent, 10 did 17.1 per cent and SBS did 9.4 per cent.

Here’s how the rest of the night ran:

Nine

News did 1.14m, ACA did 788,000 and Paramedics did 545,000.

10

The Project did 597,000 and 10 News First did 536,000.

Seven

News did 1.31m, House Rules did 620,000 and The Latest: Seven News did 410,000.

ABC

News did 961,000, 7.30 did 785,000, Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell did 715,000 and You Can’t Ask That did 563,000.

Primary channel share

Nine did 17.8 per cent, Seven enjoyed 17.5 per cent, ABC did 15.5 per cent, 10 received 10.0 per cent, and SBS did 5.0 per cent.
