Haeday has made two new key hires that represent the next stage of growth for the retail specialist. The agency welcomes Aimee Madson as retail marketing strategist and award-winning art director Liam Marsden to its expanding Brisbane team.
Former CMO at Price Attack, Aimee Madson joins with an extensive track record across retail, ecommerce, and luxury automotive. Reporting to Haeday’s MD, Aimee will advise clients on brand and retail strategy, customer engagement, and brand positioning.
Art director Liam Marsden arrives from Engine Group, where he achieved multiple wins at the Brisbane Advertising and Design Club (BADC) awards for his work on high-profile brands. In this newly created role, Marsden, a QUT Fine Arts graduate, will work across integrated campaigns and support creative Director David Maunder in delivering Haeday’s creative.
The new recruits join at an exciting time for Haeday, as the business celebrates its 15th anniversary, marking a milestone year of achievement and creativity.
Rachael Hockaday, Haeday managing director said: “Haeday has become renowned for delivering strategy and creative with measurable results for our retail clients. Aimee’s leadership and strategic rigor are invaluable; she has empowered many brands through transformative journeys.”
“Liam brings fantastic creativity and attention to detail when working with brands and is already delivering some stellar work. The new pair, together with the rest of the team, will further expand the service offering we have.”
Speaking on her new role, Aimee Madson said: “Having previously worked with Rachael [when client-side] I always admired the quality of Haeday’s work. The team is experienced and trusted, supporting and often exceeding clients’ retail ambitions. We already have a strong client roster, I look forward to driving business growth and building on Haeday’s success.”
Newly appointed art director, Liam Marsden added: “The chance to work on some amazing brands and deliver meaningful campaigns is something I’m looking forward to. I’ve been following what Rachael has built with Haeday for a while, I knew it was something I had to be a part of.”
“Having worked with the team for a while now it is easy to see why they have such long standing relationships with clients, and I can’t wait to build on that legacy,” he added.
