Independent creative agency We Are Different is expanding its senior team, in a mission to strengthen leadership, support team growth, and deliver better outcomes for clients.
The agency, founded in 2019, work with a range of clients including Fujifilm Australia, Brown-Forman, Spotify, Hinge, Cyrstalbrook Collection and Impossible Foods.
New appointments in the team include Jenna Orme as head of difference, joining from TBWA’s FleishmanHillard, who brings over 18 years of global agency experience in business leadership, integrated comms, and crisis management. She will strengthen Different’s people-first approach, focusing on team growth and creative excellence.
Siobhan Veddovi-McCaughan will also join the team as group performance director. Promoted from within, Veddovi-McCaughan has been with Different since January 2024. She will oversee earned-first creative work, client partner excellence, and team development, continuing her track record across consumer tech, travel, and F&B verticals.
Helaina Young steps into the newly created role of performance executive, coming from Alt/Shift, where she will support client performance and strategic delivery.

Alongside these hires and promotions, Different is also backing its growth with a six-figure investment in staff development.
Key initiatives include:
- Coaching Culture – Led by former One Green Bean CEO, Claire Salvetti, every team member has access to one-on-one and group executive coaching to build confidence, sharpen judgment, and foster leadership at every level.
- Culture Club – Drawing on counter-culture movements, this program immerses teams in creative spaces to provoke different thinking, strengthen collaboration, and deliver culturally resonant work.
- Different Academy – Combining hands-on learning, live client briefs, and applied AI capability, this program upskills the next generation of earned-first leaders, embedding learning directly into day-to-day operations.
