Digital gifting and payment platform Prezzee has appointed Diana Ilinkovski as global chief marketing officer.
Ilinkovski will be responsible for shaping a unified global marketing strategy to support Prezzee’s growth in Australia and international markets. This will be driven by group‑level brand development, customer acquisition and go‑to‑market strategies, and the integration of AI‑enabled marketing innovation. Ilinkovski’s remit will span all areas of the business, encompassing consumer, business and marketplace audiences across Prezzee’s gifting, rewards and payment ecosystem.
Ilinkovski brings with her extensive experience as a marketing and growth C‑suite executive across entertainment, subscription, e-commerce, technology, luxury and consumer sectors, with senior leadership roles at Stan, Twentieth Century Fox, Village Roadshow and LVMH Group. She joins Prezzee at a pivotal moment, as the business continues to scale internationally and deepens its focus on customer connection and long-term growth capability.
In Ilinkovski’s previous role as Stan CMO, she was integral to the growth of Stan, joining the company as a founding member prior to launch and taking it from inception to a household name. Responsible for a cross-functional marketing suite, subscriber growth and revenue generation across entertainment and sport, Ilinkovski positioned Stan as Australia’s leading local streaming service amongst strong global competition, and ultimately built one of the largest and fastest growing digital subscription brands in the country.
“Diana is a highly strategic and creative growth marketer with an exceptional ability to balance brand, data and commercial outcomes,” said Craig Smith, CEO of Prezzee. “She has led marketing from the ground up in some of Australia’s most competitive and fast-moving industries, and her dual strength in brand and performance makes her ideally suited to help shape Prezzee’s next chapter. As we continue to scale globally, Diana’s leadership will be instrumental in building a world-class marketing function that drives meaningful, sustainable growth.”
“Prezzee is at a pivotal and incredibly exciting stage in its global evolution,” said Diana Ilinkovski. “It’s rare to join a business where brand reinvigoration, international scale and capability-building are all accelerating at once. I look forward to partnering with the business to shape the global brand for the next phase of growth – embedding marketing at the heart of how Prezzee scales globally, innovates at pace and builds deeper connections with customers worldwide.”
Ilinkovski’s appointment which officially commenced in February, comes as Prezzee continues to invest in marketing innovation, creativity and emerging technologies. Recent campaigns have focused on enhancing customer engagement and personalisation across key moments throughout the year with AI-driven content experiences, a tool that the company will continue to implement and leverage.
