Flybuys has appointed Deirdre Boyle as the company’s chief customer officer.
The company, which is Australia’s most popular loyalty program, said that Boyle will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the brands’ member experience, with a focus on elevating customer advocacy and cementing Flybuys’ existing customer first approach.
Having previously held roles at BankVic, AIA, Medibank and Westpac, Boyle has more than 20 years’ experience in driving “people-centred transformation” and uniting businesses around a shared purpose that positively impacts their people, customers and communities.
Boyle has also been central in leading end-to-end strategy formulation and the delivery of multi-year roadmaps to redesign customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints, according to Flybuys.
