Flavoured Straw Company Sipahh Launches E-commerce Store

Milk flavouring straw company Sipahh Australia is expanding its offering through the launch of a new E-commerce store.

With more than 6.5 million litres of milk consumed through a Sipahh straw each year, Sipahh has developed the online store in direct response to increasing consumer demand.

Customers will now be able to purchase popular flavours such as Chilled Out Choc Mint, Hello Marshmallow and Smooth Caramel in single flavour bulk packs. The new mix-and-match tool will allow for the creation of your perfect Sipahh Flavour Crate- filled with 60 of your favourite flavoured straws, from the 13 flavours available in the Sipahh range.

By combining the existing family of Sipahh products into one easy online destination, the Sipahh E-commerce store will target cafés, school canteens and consumers, bringing healthier choices into the lives of children nationwide, with the added convenience of having the straws delivered straight to your door.

Dietitian, Emma Glassenbury at Dairy Australia said: “Depending on their age and gender, a child needs between one-and-a-half to three-and-a-half serves from the dairy food group every day. But the fact is most Australian children aged 2-16 years are not meeting the Australian Dietary Guideline recommendation, and that’s concerning.”

Georgie Scott, marketing manager at Sipahh said: “We are continuing our expansion through an E-commerce store to bring consumers the ease and convenience of not only buying online, but also home delivery. With less than half a teaspoon of sugar per straw, Sipahh straws can be a great addition to a glass of milk and it’s a really good way to encourage kids to drink more milk without overloading them with sugar.

“Further proof that Sippah straws are much healthier than sugary flavoured milk drinks, Sipahh has been classified as a green light by school canteens so long as it is served with reduced fat milk in all States and Territories, except South Australia,” said Scott.

Sipahh is a hassle and mess free drink that can be ordered and delivered with ease. The E-commerce store will soon expand even further and have several value-adds to encourage people to order online – such as milk pails for counter display, cups, straw holders and point of sale.
