Pelle Sjoenell has stepped down as global chief creative officer of Droga5 as the agency aims to deepen its integration with Accenture Song, Neil Heymann will assume creative oversight.
Sjoenell joined Droga5 from Activision Blizzard in March of 2024 and was tasked with strengthening the company’s global network, overseeing key offices across Tokyo, Dublin, Brazil and New York, assisting in the integration of Accenture Song agencies.
His departure signals a broader creative leadership shake up at Droga5, including the appointments of Cristina Reina as chief creative experience officer for the region and Rafael Rizuto as chief creative officer for New York and the Americas.
Neil Heymann has been with Accenture Song for 4 years, joining in 2022 as global chief creative officer. Heymann will be taking over from Sjoenell to become global chief creative officer of Accenture Song and Droga5.
B&T contacted Accenture Song for comment.
