Justin Ractliffe, managing director of Hachette Australia, said: “At Hachette our mission is to identity, develop and publish the best writers and illustrators and to work with them to passionately promote and sell their books.

“We thought hard about the agency partner we wanted to work with to help us achieve this and Cummins&Partners demonstrated the fresh thinking, talent and energy we were looking for.

“We have some very exciting launches coming up this year and we’re thrilled about working with Sean (Cummins), Kirsty (Muddle) and the C&P team to bring our books to readers with the same world-class creativity and ambition that our authors bring to their work.”

Kirsty Muddle (main photo), MD of Cummins&Partners Sydney, added: “It was pretty clear pretty quickly to us that Hachette were our kind of client and an exciting challenge. We are already into creative development and really enjoying the opportunity.

Cummins&Partners has been ranked the number one creative agency for 2018 in Australia and number 15 Globally by 2018 Best Ads Rankings. It received numerous Independent Agency of the Year Awards in 2018, along with Kirsty Muddle being named B&T 2018 Advertising Woman of the Year.
