Cricket Australia & NRMA Insurance Go In To Bat Together For 6 More Seasons

NRMA Insurance has extended its partnership with Cricket Australia, continuing its role as the official naming rights partner across both men’s and women’s games.

The new term cements NRMA Insurance’s long-term support for the continued growth of the sport now and in the future.

Building on the success of the initial partnership, established in 2022, the renewed agreement sees NRMA Insurance retain official naming rights to all Men’s Test Series in Australia for another six seasons.

For the first time, the platinum partnership will also encompass women ‘s cricket with NRMA Insurance becoming the official naming rights partner of the Women’s International Series, which includes Women’s Test matches, Women’s One-Day International matches and Women’s T20 International matches for the next seven seasons, which includes this upcoming summer.

NRMA Insurance also remains the official insurance partner of both the men’s and women’s International Cricket Teams.

The next innings of the partnership begins in the lead up to one of the biggest summers of cricket in Australia’s history, including the highly anticipated NRMA Insurance Men’s Ashes Test Series beginning this November in Perth.

“We’re thrilled our partnership with NRMA Insurance is expanding with the brand’s continued support for the Men’s competition and now helping to elevate the profile of our women’s team and their campaign for international success,” said Cricket Australia CEO Todd Greenberg.

“Leveraging a shared, long-standing commitment to community and connection this partnership will continue to deliver meaningful, purpose-led initiatives to benefit cricket at every level, from grassroots clubs to the national stage.”

NRMA Insurance CEO Julie Batch added, “As NRMA Insurance continues to grow nationally, our ongoing partnership with Cricket Australia, in what is set to be one of the most anticipated seasons ever for the Aussies, provides an unmatched platform to build deeper connections and exposure for our brand, with a captivated and highly engaged audience of existing and potential new customers.

“In our centenary year we’re building on our heritage of protecting what matters—using our partnership to help the game so many of us love continue to thrive in the future.

“From championing the growth of the women’s competition, stadium activations that elevate the spectator experience, or supporting local community clubs to provide greater flexibility in how they play and connect with the sport, we’re helping cricket endure as the heartbeat of Australian culture and communities across the country.”

NRMA Insurance’s support for the summer of cricket is underway, as the presenting partner of the NRMA Insurance Ashes Trophy Tour fan event, currently traveling the country in the lead up to the start of the first Ashes Test in Perth.
