Creativity knows no borders and two of the region’s most dynamic creative gatherings are proving it.
This year marks a memorable milestone as Advertising Week Asia celebrates its 10th anniversary — and what better way to mark the occasion than with a new partnership with Cairns Crocodiles, presented by Pinterest.
As an official partner, Cairns Crocodiles will help champion Advertising Week Asia while also sharing insights and inspiration from its own celebrated Australian event. Senior execs from the Crocodiles crew will be on the ground in Tokyo to exchange ideas and showcase what makes the Cairns experience so special.
Home to some of the world’s most innovative and influential brands including Toyota, Sony, Uniqlo, Nintendo and Shiseido, Advertising Week Asia in Japan is set to be a true celebration of creativity, culture and collaboration across the region.
Taking place in Tokyo from December 2–4, 2025, at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo, the event will bring together leading voices from brands, agencies, media, technology and culture.
“Both Cairns Crocodiles and Advertising Week Asia festivals share a mission to champion innovation, creativity and community and together, they’re amplifying APAC’s distinctive creative voice on the global stage,” David Hovenden, CEO of The Misfits Media Company (B&T’s parent company) and co-founder of Cairns Crocodiles, said.
“The creative energy running through this region is second to none, and partnerships like this help us put a global spotlight on it.”
The partnership comes hot on the heels of Cairns Crocodiles also supporting ADFEST, another of the Asia-Pacific region’s most respected creative festivals and reinforces its commitment to nurturing creativity and collaboration across Asia Pacific.
Advertising Week Asia 2025 runs from December 2–4, 2025, at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo. Attendees will also get the chance to win a trip for two to Cairns Crocodiles.
Prize includes two return economy flights, five nights hotel accommodation each and all access passes to the festival. Keep an eye out on the ground for more.
