Commission Factory Launches Slack & Microsoft Teams Integrations

Commission Factory’s latest platform update moves beyond the dashboard. New Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations deliver key affiliate program updates to marketers, in the workspace they use every day.

The launch follows the in-platform notifications introduced in the Summer Release 2026. It takes those updates one step further, out of the platform and into the channels where marketers already make decisions.

Affiliate marketing at your fingertips

Many marketers spend a portion of their day in Slack or Microsoft Teams. A pending application, program change, or account alert can land while they’re focused elsewhere.

“Marketers are juggling more channels than ever, and moments like peak trading season test how quickly and accurately they can respond,” said Matthew Titcomb, head of marketing at Commission Factory.

“Bringing program updates into Slack and Microsoft Teams means affiliate sits alongside everything else your team is already working on. During peak trading, that visibility is the difference between catching an opportunity and missing it.”

Key notifications, on your terms

Commission Factory users can now connect their account to Slack or Microsoft Teams and choose the notifications they want to receive. That keeps their workspace focused on the updates relevant to them.

For advertisers, that means seeing new affiliate applications and account updates sooner. Agencies can follow activity across client programs without checking each account separately. Both can approve or decline pending affiliates and apply to new opportunities without opening the platform.

For affiliates, it means fewer missed program invitations, application outcomes, and program changes. They can accept or decline advertiser invitations and respond to opportunity applications on the spot.

“Our customers told us they wanted to act on updates without switching between third-party tools,” said Jack Mahony, head of product at Commission Factory. “With these integrations, they can respond to invitations and applications right where they already work.”

The Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations are available to all Commission Factory advertisers, agencies, and affiliates, across all plans.
