iNova Pharmaceuticals has launched a new campaign for cough brand DURO-TUSS. The campaign, developed by Clemenger BBDO Sydney, supports the launch of a new, category first product, DURO-TUSS Lingering Cough Liquid and Immune Support.
Research has shown that 32 per cent of consumers experience a dry, lingering cough at the end of a common cold, which can last up for up to two weeks after consumers otherwise feel better.

iNova Pharmaceuticals markets and sells a wide range of market-leading products, with a strong focus on the cough, cold and flu category. “A cough is a pain at the best of times, but a lingering one that hangs around even when you’re feeling better, that’s just annoying. We wanted to bring that feeling to life with a bit of humour,” Clemenger BBDO Sydney executive creative director Darren Wright added.
The 15-second TVC, directed by Chris Hill from Airbag, will be supported by a social content series, which highlights the interplay between the Lingering Cough and our female protagonist.
