Following its sold-out Sydney debut, which brought together more than 150 of Australia’s most senior media, marketing and creative industry leaders, The Limitless Equation is taking its live event Self-Doubt: The Invisible Pandemic on a national tour.

The event will head to Melbourne on 17 September, Brisbane on 23 October and Perth on 12 November 2026.

The event was born from a personal turning point. Eighteen months ago, founder Chloe Hooper realised she had lost her own self-belief — and set out to speak with some of the most influential women in the industry, not only to collect advice, but to get them to celebrate themselves and work out, together, how to rebuild self-belief. Those conversations became The Limitless Equation podcast, and the live event distils what that collective has shared.

It’s what makes the event different: this isn’t theory. It’s real stories, told live from within our own industry, combined with the research, uncovering the key themes we can all work from.

The Sydney event, held at The Grounds of Alexandria, featured speakers including Rochelle Tognetti, NOVA’s Nicole Bence, Suncorp’s Mim Haysom, WPP’s Aimee Buchanan and oOh!Media’s Bel Harper.

The work was sparked by research showing 80 per cent of women experience low self-belief but the event treats self-doubt as a challenge that cuts across the whole industry. Afterwards, 96 per cent of attendees reported feeling motivated to work on their self-belief.

The movement is built around a single framework: Self-Leadership × Self-Care ÷ Superpowers = Self-Belief.

“What makes this event so powerful is that I didn’t build it alone. It has been designed by some of the most influential women in our industry – the women who took me on my own journey back to self-belief. The event shares their collective wisdom, live, with the room. That’s why it lands the way it does. The feedback from the Sydney event was phenomenal so it felt right to share the day nationally and help others,” said Hooper.

Kirsten Hasler, Unilever’s incoming CMO and an event guest said, “As a leader in marketing, it can sometimes feel really lonely but hearing directly from these incredible women, who so often face very similar challenges, has helped me feel part of a community, one where I’ve been able to meet and learn from so many different women. This year’s Sydney event was absolutely incredible. I used the app to set my big goal for the year and clearly break down the steps I needed to get there and I’m thrilled that the goal has been reached, with a new role I’ll be stepping into in September. This whole journey, and the community of The Limitless Equation, has played such a significant role for me. I can’t thank The Limitless Equation enough,.”
