Born Bred launches full-service social agency to match industry demand for an innovative approach to creative strategy
With two new hires and a star-studded client roster including Napoleon Perdis, Daffodil Day, Mood Agent, Oppo, Bae Juice, Boohoo, Go-To Skincare and Piping Hot, Born Bred Talent has evolved to launch Born Bred Creative as a new wing of the business.
The full-service social agency will offer top-to-bottom campaign management with a specific focus on creative strategy and ideation. This comes as a result of the increased demand for innovation in the industry.
The Born Bred team, led by trailblazer Clare Winterbourn, is no stranger to game-changing concepts and strategy. They developed and delivered the Uber Pass campaign alongside The Inspired Unemployed, and have launched and built equity for over 250 brands on social media.
Winterbourn: “We’ve been working with brands and agencies to develop creative strategies that are outside of the box for years, so now it’s time to back my team and the incredible work we are doing.

Chris McMillan, CEO of Cancer Council QLD, said he is honoured to be one of the first official clients of Born Bred Creative, tasking the expert team of strategists including head of creative Lucy Ronald and head of strategy Edward Deal with a project for Daffodil Day last month.
Mr McMillan, said: “Born Bred has consistently delivered results for The Cancer Council nation-wide, and are an instrumental part of creating significant social impact. We knew that they could develop and execute at scale, a best-in-class campaign idea this Daffodil Day.
“Utilising connections to world-class talent, they were able to create a viral moment on social media, with over 1.3 million views and 193,700 unique engagements in just the first week of the campaign.”
Born Bred Talent will now solely focus on representing trailblazing talent across Australia and New Zealand, while Born Bred Creative will operate as a full-service social agency offering campaign strategy and ideation, an integrative approach to content development and direct access to the major social media networks.
