Bonds & Brooklyn MGMT Team Up To Get More Diversity Into The Modelling Space

Bonds has joined forces with an Aussie modelling agency, Brooklyn MGMT to increase talent diversity in the fashion industry. launching the – BE YOU- Model Search to discover new and exciting talent.

Committed to a diverse and inclusive representation of real Australians in their campaigns, Bonds’ partnership with Brooklyn MGMT will foster opportunities for more diverse models and creatives to kickstart their career in the modelling industry, as well as broaden the pool of talent for brands everywhere.

On the lookout for a new and diverse mix of models, Bonds and Brooklyn MGMT are encouraging talent from all walks of life to join their all-inclusive model search, where two lucky winners will receive a 12-month contract with Brooklyn MGMT, $500 worth of Bonds product, as well as catch their big break by featuring in an upcoming campaign shoot with Bonds.

The model search welcomes anyone to apply, no matter their size, gender, age, ethnicity, or ability – no one will be excluded. Bonds and Brooklyn MGMT hope that the search will drive increased conversation around diversity in the modelling, fashion and media industry.

Bonds, marketing manager, Kedda Ghezarian, said: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Brooklyn MGMT to help champion inclusivity in the modelling industry.

“We’re excited to help unearth future faces that best represent and reflect all Australians.”

Brooklyn MGMT recently rebranded their agency to welcome an array of new and exciting talent, whilst continuing their legacy of a progressive approach to model development and management.

Brooklyn MGMT’s founding director, Brooklyn Edwards, said: “We believe there are so many interesting talents out there that remain underrepresented.

“We want to give these people a platform to be recognised, give them a chance to be proud of what makes them unique, and inspire a new generation of modelling.”
