Ben Fordham Wins Sydney As Radio Ratings Battle Continues

The war of the radio titans continues in Sydney as 2GB’s Ben Fordham climbed to the top of the ratings again.

Fordham had a total people share of 13.0 per cent of people, which was up 0.7 percentage points from the last rating season.

Meanwhile, Kyle and Jackie O experienced a one percent drop in audience share, with a total share of 11.3 per cent.

Smoothfm 95.3, meanwhile, was down to 10.8 per cent after experiencing a 0.4 percentage point drop in the morning slot.

Overall, 2GB was the most-watched channel with 12.7 per cent of views, followed by Smoothfm 95.3 with 10.8 per cent and KIIS1065 with 10.5 per cent.

Melbourne

In Melbourne it was wins all around for 3AW which was the most listened to station overall at 14.5 per cent.

Ross Stevenson and Russel Howcroft led the morning spot with a 14.7 per cent channel share.

GOLD104.3 had a total audience share of 11.8 per cent, which was down 1.5 percentage points from the last ratings period.

FoxFM had an audience share of 9.4 per cent which was down 0.9 percentage points from the previous previous period.
