My ex-boss taught me the importance of creating the best environment for your team to succeed. It sounds simple, but it can go wrong so easily if you don’t have this as your north star.

Lego is the most amazing brand that has endured the test of time. The fact that they are looking for all Lego materials to be made from sustainable sources by 2030 is a huge challenge that I would love to be part of.

It’s always gotta be Beyonce – any song, any time. Why? Because who doesn’t love Beyonce?

Best mistake is a bit of an oxymoron, but it would have to be the scathing debrief email I meant to send to the creatives but accidentally sent back to the client. Definite career-limiting mistake.

I had a nickname in New York – “Killer Kissane” (long story). But when a colleague visited Australia and dropped the nickname, let’s just say there were all sorts of rumours about its origin, with some people giving me a very wide berth.
Best ad of the past decade and why…
I don’t know if it’s the best, but it’s certainly one of my favourites – when Always debuted #LikeAGirl in 2014, I was struck by how their simple reframing of this phrase I had heard all my life was so powerful.
