Independent agency BCM has announced it has bolstered its account service team with a number of new hires.
Damien Musgrave and Ava Hawes have been appointed to the roles of account director and account manager respectively.
Musgrave, who will begin his new on Monday, joins BCM from Publicis Mojo Brisbane, where he has worked in senior account management roles since 2012. Prior to that, he worked in account management for Advertising Energy Group and TMP.
Hawes, who has already started at the agency, joined BCM from PublicisQ Brisbane, where she worked as an account manager.
BCM has also added to account coordinators to its team in Toni Dobbyn and Natasha Kent.
The new hires have resulted from a number of recent internal promotions within BCM’s account service team, prompted by new business wins and client growth.
Senior account manager Laurelle Simleit has also joined BCM’s account service team over the short-term to assist with the increased workload.
BCM managing director Paul Cornwell said: “It’s an exciting time of growth in the agency, as we welcome a number of new clients and projects, and a host of new young talent around the BCM corridors, with more to come.”
