Bauer Media has announced the appointment of Sarah-Belle Murphy as general manager, digital.
Sarah-Belle is a senior executive with over 10 years’ experience leading technology and media businesses. She is a versatile leader who has managed diverse teams across product, ad tech, sales, and content marketing in the UK, UAE and Australia.
Welcoming Sarah-Belle to the team, Paul Dykzeul, CEO Bauer Media Australia and New Zealand, said, “I’m delighted Sarah-Belle is joining Bauer Media. She has led the delivery of many successful web and app-based organisations and I know she is going to have a very strong positive impact at Bauer Media.”
Sarah-Belle has most recently held leadership roles within ASX 100 companies REA Group and HT&E (formerly APN New Media). Previously at Nine Entertainment Group, she played a pivotal role in transition of ACP assets into the Bauer Media business structure.
Commenting on her appointment, Sarah-Belle said, “I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Bauer Media. I’m excited to work with the teams on the digital side of iconic Australian brands.”
Sarah-Belle will take up the role at Bauer Media in May.
Originally hailing from Scotland, Sarah-Belle holds an Honours Degree from Edinburgh University, moved to Australia from Dubai in 2009 and now calls Sydney home.
