Atomic 212° has expanded its leadership in Brisbane, Darwin, Adelaide and Sydney, with new hires spanning client service, digital and agency management.
Molly Lodge joins as Head of Client Service in Adelaide, following the recent appointment of Tess Brandenburg as Head of Client Service across Brisbane and Darwin. Both are newly created roles, reflecting the agency’s continued growth and new business wins.
Meanwhile in Sydney, Sam Bremner has been appointed to the new role of Digital Lead, NSW, while Pete Roins joins as Sydney General Manager on maternity cover. Roins returns to Publicis Groupe, having previously held roles at Spark Foundry and Zenith in Australia.
The appointments come as the agency was named Australia’s fastest-growing media agency in 2025 by RECMA, recording a 27 per cent increase, the strongest rise among agencies of comparable size.
Atomic 212° CEO, Rory Heffernan, said: “It’s great to see our teams expanding. We’ve built real momentum across the business, driven by the trust of our clients, new business wins and the strength of our people. As we grow, it’s important that we continue to invest in talent that will create the leadership platform and capability our people and clients need.
“Tess, Molly, Sam and Pete bring deep experience to key areas of our business and enhance our offering across the country. Their appointments put us in a great position to build on the momentum we’ve created and continue delivering for our clients.”
Atomic 212° has also bolstered its client leadership team with the appointments of Jess Scott, Jodi Frazer and Mark Rowe as group account Ddrectors.
