Australian Radio Network (ARN) has announced the appointment of Sue Carter to the role of content director for Melbourne’s GOLD104.3.
Carter joined ARN in 2015 as content director for Adelaide’s Mix102.3 and Cruise 1323, and will commence her new role at GOLD104.3 on Monday 9 April.
Replacing Carter in Adelaide is Tony Aldridge, who joins from Nova in Sydney. Aldridge will commence his new role in Adelaide Monday.
ARN national content director Duncan Campbell said: “Sue has been a valued member of the team in Adelaide and a key part of Mix102.3’s ongoing success, so I know she will be an excellent addition to GOLD104.3’s team in Melbourne ahead of the launch of Christian O’Connell’s breakfast show on June 4.
“I am pleased to welcome Tony Aldridge to ARN. His depth of knowledge and experience in radio will be a great asset to the Adelaide team.”
Commenting on her appointment, Carter said: “I’m excited to be taking on this new role at GOLD104.3, and look forward to being part of a team that delivers innovative and engaging content for Melbourne audiences.”
