The Cairns Crocodiles presented by Pinterest Welcome Party is back — and in case you missed it, this year it’s going full ‘Extra Celestial’. Think less networking drinks, more immersive and a truly one of a kind experience that’s designed to kick the week off properly.
But before you start rummaging throughout your wardrobe to perfect the look, here’s everything you need to know before you go:
Theme
Extra Celestial. Expect iridescent, holographic, cosmic energy. This is your cue to lean into the theme — subtle won’t cut it. See the the theme reveal here.
Party Start & Finish Time
6pm – 10pm
Departure Location:
Hemingway’s Brewery – Wharf St (The top secret location is about 20minutes away from Hemingway’s Brewery)
Departure Time: From 5:30pm
In addition to the main transfers, the Boomtown bus will also be operating from Hemingway’s from 5:30pm.

Still under wraps, but expect a transformed industrial-style space turned into a cosmic playground. Trust us — it’s worth the mystery
Welcome Party Transport
Due to the unique nature of the venue, including limited access, parking and drop-off points, all delegates are strongly encouraged to utilise the official event coaches for transport to and from the Welcome Party.
Coaches for attendees have been coordinated to ensure efficient and timely access for all guests. We cannot guarantee wait times for Ubers or taxis, and these services will only be able to access the venue after all coaches have arrived, which may result in delays.
Tickets

Return Transfers
Return coaches will operate from 8:00pm onwards to ensure all guests can depart safely and efficiently.
To avoid delays and congestion, return travel will be managed via coaches only. Uber and taxi access will be limited due to venue restrictions and may experience extended wait times.

Footwear
Closed-toe shoes are required to get into the venue. Non-negotiable. But make them fashion.
