Agent99 Refreshes Brand & Wins A Slew Of New Clients

Independent PR and communications agency, Agent99, has started the year off with a bang having undergone a recent refresh, dropping ‘PR’ from its branding to ‘Agent99’.

A new website has been launched, communicating the brand’s offering via rich video and gated long form content.

The rebrand further establishes the agency’s position as a leading full-service creative communications agency that is trusted by some of Australia’s most loved brands.

Further, Agent99 has identified two key areas of specialty: the consumer lifestyle space, with emphasis on food, beverage and entertainment brands; and the corporate space where they profile thought leaders, speakers, authors and business brands.

Agent99 founder and director Sharon Zeev Poole said: “To meet the demands of changing client briefs over the past decade, we have grown far beyond the realms of traditional PR.

“We have extended our services markedly, particularly in content production.

“Rarely does anyone refer to us as ‘Agent99 PR’, so the timing to evolve our branding seemed right and reflective of our journey as a progressive boutique communications agency.

“The response has been extremely positive and within a month of launch, we have been asked to pitch for some major international brands, have partnered with agencies in the UK and Singapore, and have won a host of enviable clients.

“We’re very excited by what’s in store for our team in 2019.”

The agency has welcomed five clients to its stable.

Within its B2B thought leadership offering includes projects with BBC Global News, the highly acclaimed and trusted provider of local and international news, Power Retail, Australia’s ultimate go to source of news and information for e-commerce retailers, Studiosity, Australia’s leading online study support platform, and Anders Sorman-Nilsson, global futurist, innovation strategist, keynote speaker at TEDx and best-selling author.

On the consumer side, Product of the Year, the world’s largest consumer-voted award for product innovation has renewed their commitment for 2019.

Following a competitive pitch, Agent99 has partnered with the BBC Global News on a project basis to champion their thought leadership on content in Australia.

Agent99 will also establish and grow Power Retail’s thought leadership in the retail sector and help raise awareness for several key events in 2019 including their All-Star Bash.

Power Retail publisher Grant Arnott said: “We have big ambitions and plans for Power Retail in the coming year and we wanted to partner with an agency that could complement this growth and exceed our expectations.”

Following an extremely successful campaign in 2017/18, which led to significant growth for its business, Studiosity have renewed their contract utilising Agent99’s services to execute a market research led strategy.

Based on business impact, a larger scale international campaign is being developed across Australia and the UK, which Agent99 will be leading.

FMCG Awards program ‘Product of the Year Australia’ have given the agency the nod for a third year running and have tasked them with educating the market further on the awards, increasing awareness of the winning products and managing the brand’s local content and social media channels to continue building an online community and strong market presence.

Also joining the stable for a third time is highly-acclaimed futurist, Anders Sorman-Nilsson.
