Advertising Council Australia (ACA) has officially opened jury nominations for 2026’s Cannes Lions Festivals of Creativity.
Eligible nominees include leaders across advertising, audio, media, marketing, design, and more, as well as industry specialists and those who have won Lions or other major global awards over the past three years.
The nomination form is now online.
“Creativity is Australia’s most valuable export. We’re known globally for our innovation and craft, and this is a chance for leaders across disciplines, not just creatives, but also CEOs, client-side marketers, strategists and tech experts, to help shape the global benchmark for creativity,” Tony Hale, CEO, ACA said.
“My jury experience opened my eyes to the calibre of media innovation, and made me proud of what Australian talent can bring to the stage. I’d encourage anyone at the top of their game to put their hand up. It’s a rare chance to contribute and learn,” Aimee Buchanan, 2025 Media Lions Juror added.
The Cannes Lions team will make the ultimate selection of jurors in all categories, ensuring that each jury is evenly balanced, with gender and ethnic diversity at the core.
Only jurors who are Australian residents can nominate via ACA, with nominations closing at 5 pm AEST on Friday 26 September.
Cannes Lions takes place from 22–26 June 2026.
