The ACES have announced the addition of Paul Nagy, Executive Creative Director, Clemenger Sydney and Toby Talbot, Chief Creative Officer, DDB Sydney to the judging panel for the upcoming ACES Awards.
Paul Nagy and Toby Talbot are both highly awarded executive creative directors. Talbot has worked in New Zealand and the UK, where he successfully rebooted an agency and won a D&AD Silver Nomination. While Nagy has produced one of the top ten most awarded digital ideas on earth and the New Zealand radio ad of the decade.
The judges join fellow industry peers, returning ACES chairman Rob Belgiovane (ECD and founder, BWM), Georgie Charlish (marketing manager, Adstream) and Paul McIntyre (AdNews’ editor in chief).
ACES chairman, Rob Belgiovane commented, “With the ACES continuing to grow, we are expecting a strong response to the call for entry. I look forward to judging with Paul and Tony, who in their own rights are both highly regarded creatives, their points of view will be invaluable when it comes down to the winner.”
The ACES are hosted by Val Morgan in association with Adstream and AdNews. The ACES Awards are open to any locally produced creative that has aired on either cinema or TV in the past six months. Winners and finalists will receive points towards the AdNews annual agency rankings with the winner taking home a $25,000 cinema media schedule, private movie screening and trophy.
