Abbie Chatfield’s body- and sex-positive podcast It’s A Lot has joined the NOVA Entertainment Podcast Network.

Described as “a conversational style podcast” that aims to be just like having a thoughtful conversation while having a wine with your friends, the It’s A Lot podcast sees Abbie and her guests give their advice about dating, friendships, sex and all other facets of life.

New episodes of the popular podcast, which has garnered over 1.6 million downloads since launching in March 2020, air every Tuesday from today, discussing and decoding taboo topics.

“The success of It’s A Lot has been somewhat of an accident,” Chatfield said. “When I began this podcast less than 12 months ago, I had no idea the reach and impact it would have.

“I am so privileged to be joining the Nova Podcast family and am looking forward to seeing where the podcast goes next.”

Rachel Corbett, head of podcasts and digital content at NOVA Entertainment, said: “We’re really excited to add Abbie’s unique brand of eye-watering honesty to our network.

“She’s flying the flag for body positivity, female sexual confidence and she’s a huge advocate for celebrating exactly who you are. That kind of inclusive mindset is what we’re all about.”
