Melbourne digital agency Inlight Media has won the social media strategy and implementation duties for ME Bank, following a pitch.
The agency will develop new social media functions for the bank, such as customer service.
Ben Howden, who joined Inlight Media as strategy director from his role as social media manager at Suncorp, said: “We’re really excited to have won the ME Bank social media business. ME Bank has recognised the value of social media and is looking to socially transform its business across several functions, including marketing and customer service.
“We felt our experience in this space as well as our structured approach to delivering a social media strategy put us in a unique position to win the business.”
The ME Bank win coincides with Inlight Media’s recent move into a larger warehouse space at Collingwood in Melbourne.
