Smartphone innovation start-up Boxtcode has enlisted Chris Marshall as its Chief Operating Officer.
Marshall joins the venture after seven years at Liquid Capital Markets as COO and 16 years at Merrill Lynch in senior roles.
Boxtcode MD Dean Hindman said: “Chris’s extensive international financial markets experience and director responsibilities bring an in-depth understanding of corporate structure and process coupled with finance and market relationships to Boxtcode”.
“Chris’s appointment is key to sustained growth, new product rollout and international partnerships and clients for Boxtcode.”
The appointment comes after the brand last month launched its patent-pending location-based technology that links users with brands via a four digit smartphone code.
