Over the last two weeks, we’ve presented to you all our amazing 30 Under 30 winners.

And now, our final wrap: the People’s Choice & Grand Prix winners.

Thanks again to everyone who entered this year’s awards, you’re all ace! And, if you didn’t win this year, you can enter again in 2020 (unless you’ll be thirty … if that’s the case, then we’re sorry).

Jake Lyme – Lida

B&T’s People’s Choice Award winner didn’t quite come down to the choice of the people, but rather the devious hacking abilities of one of the entrants. Jake (pictured below, left) certainly proved his data scientist/hacking abilities as he managed to game Survey Monkey and earn himself an incredible 200,000 votes.

Hacking skills aside, working at LIDA, Jake’s on a mission to push the boundaries of modern data science, enjoys grinding out analytic solutions and solving tough client problems. B&T salutes you and your incredibly sized pool of friends, Jake.

Jeroen Boersma – Google

The cream of the crop! The best of the best! B&T’s Grand Prix winner for 2019 is Google’s Jeroen Boersma. Just scraping in at 29 years of age, Jeroen has certainly overcome plenty of adversity and is a very worthy winner among his equally impressive peers.

He started his own business helping health care institutions become more efficient in his early 20s, while also writing his second dissertation. Jeroen has been with Google for four years and continues to go from strength to strength in his career. Congrats, Jeroen!
