2UE Gives Seniors a Voice

2UE has developed its second ‘Fair Go For Seniors Forum’ in response to listener feedback.

The forum gives seniors a platform to have their say about the issues most affecting them.

“2UE’s mission this year is to fight for our listeners and through our first ‘Fair Go For Seniors Forum’ held in July they told us they aren’t happy with their treatment by all levels of Government,” said 2UE content director Clinton Maynard.

“We are giving our audience a real say by connecting them directly with the decision makers. Our second forum will put Premier Mike Baird and Minister for Ageing John Ajaka on stage with Mornings presenter Stuart Bocking taking questions from the audience.

“Talk radio is great at airing complaints, but 2UE is going a step further in finding solutions for seniors with the decision makers who can make a difference.”

Principal of Property Focus, Linda Coskerie, will offer practical real estate solutions and resources for seniors as they transition into retirement. Brydens Lawyers’ Steven Cahill will inform attendees of the law on a pension and Mark Welch from Knowledge Bank IQ will chat to Stuart Bocking during the Your Business Day program about finance for seniors.

The forum will be held in Dee Why, Sydney on October 7.
