Global brand storytelling agency INVNT has delivered an end-to-end brand experience for Xero – Xerocon Brisbane 2025, transforming the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre into a celebration of the future of accounting.
With over 2,500 delegates onsite and 3,000+ tuning in online, this year’s Xerocon Brisbane saw the largest turnout yet. From the opening keynote to the expo floor, activations, and a Safari Glitterati-themed afterparty, INVNT brought Xero’s vision to life.
“This was not just an event—it was a movement. We reimagined Xerocon as a living, breathing town square of small business, where every activation told a story and every moment sparked connection. It was a privilege to partner with Xero for our 10th consecutive year, delivering an experience that truly supercharged their brand,” Laura Roberts, managing director, APAC at INVNT said.
Xerocon Brisbane showcased Xero’s latest innovations, including the evolution of ‘JAX’, its AI-powered assistant, and a new Xero Partner Hub and reimagined navigation and homepage—all designed to make accounting simpler, smarter, and more intuitive. The expo floor featured a deconstructed business district with themed zones like The Pit Stop, Café de Cashflow, The Laundromat, and The Construction Shed, each reflecting real-world small business scenarios powered by Xero’s tools.
The event even saw a neon-lit pickleball court, The Pickle Club, that brought delegates together to have fun.
