Outdoor media asset owner Wildstone has secured the rights to seven billboard locations at Sydney Olympic Park, committing more than $4 million to upgrade the portfolio and digitise all seven sites.
The contract for the existing static portfolio will commence on 1 October 2026, with Alliance Outdoor Media Group confirmed as the operator.
Wildstone said the investment will see the seven billboards upgraded for improved quality, positioning and visibility, with several structures also relocated to what it described as improved viewing positions.
The resulting network will comprise premium digital out-of-home assets positioned along major roads and key entry points into the Sydney Olympic Park precinct.
The investment comes as Sydney Olympic Park prepares for a significant period of development under the NSW Government’s Sydney Olympic Park Master Plan 2050.
The plan anticipates up to 15,000 new homes and 26,000 jobs being created in the precinct, while Sydney Metro West, which is expected to be completed by 2032, is also set to improve transport connectivity and audience movement through the area.
Wildstone managing director Australia Noel Cook said the company was investing in the portfolio with the precinct’s future growth in mind.
“ We’re putting more than $4 million into building a network of premium digital assets that matches where the precinct is heading,” Cook said.
The company said it has already received interest from major media operators and independent operators in the network.
Wildstone commercial director Australia Mitch Cook said the investment was designed to support the precinct over the next two to three decades.
“We’re investing with the next 20 to 30 years in mind, building a digital network that can evolve alongside Sydney Olympic Park,” he said.
