Having never before entered the B&T Awards–the agency being only two years old–Swan Studio‘s team was grinning ear to ear as they took to the red carpet to dish their feelings about the Emerging Agency win.
“We have the best team in the entire world,” Joshua Israeli, the agency’s co-founder, said.
It’s Swan Studio’s combination of people-first culture, “great content is universal” philosophy and bold creative that delivers value to audiences in ways that resonate.
Made up of a young and diverse team, Swan Studio is united by a drive to raise the standard for how brands show up on social. With innovation a core value and AI embedded across workflows, Swan is defining the next chapter of social creative agencies.
Swan Studio’s story begins with Urban Swan, a dating marketplace. The company became one of Australia’s fastest-growing couples’ experience platforms and after a while, requests for social creative as a standalone service started to trickle in. It finally got to a point where the founders thought they should give it a go full-time.
What started as a side experiment quickly evolved into something much bigger. Rather than trying to retrofit social onto existing agency models, Swan Studio was built from the ground up to be social-first.
In less than two years, this challenger agency assembled a team of 20+ creatives and partnered with big direct-to-consumer brands, including Pilot, Cashrewards and more recently Menulog.
Hear from Swan Studio, who told us they would come back next year to clean up even more trophies, below!
