Special New Zealand has been ranked number one creative Agency in New Zealand, and 18th in the world in the WARC Creative 100, completing an incredible double for the independent creative company with two offices ranked in the world’s top 20 creative agencies.
Cade Heyde, Co-CEO, Special Australia, said: “Recognition like this makes the entire group of brilliant people, clients and partners across all the Special offices, insanely proud. It’s more proof of what we’ve always believed; treat our own business and people as if they are our most important clients and from there we’ll make the best work of our careers and heaps of other good stuff will come. We are incredibly excited about the momentum this independent group is creating.”
“It’s really pretty incredible for an agency , launched 14 years ago with just one desk and three chairs, to now have two offices ranked in the world’s top 20 creative agencies. It’s all down to the incredible hard work and brilliant ideas of everyone at Special. We’ve come a long way.’ Says Special Founder Tony Bradbourne
Special’s ‘Good Morning World’ campaign for Tourism New Zealand was ranked #5 in the world. Just last week the campaign was named the best Transportation, Travel & Tourism campaign at the Global Grand Effie inaugural Best of the Best Awards. It meant that Tourism New Zealand joined Samsung and Lacoste in making the world’s top 10 creative brands list for the first time ever.
Each year WARC releases their Creative 100, Effective 100 & Media 100 lists, and is a ranking of the world’s most awarded campaigns and companies.
