The new season’s second episode won a Total TV National Reach of 1,377,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 554,000.
Former Blockheads Jess and Norm put budget skills to the test, transforming homes in five days with a tight deadline.
The episode saw them give retired nurse and widow Sandra the surprise of a lifetime: a heartfelt renovation and a beautiful kitchen makeover.
Also on Nine, A Current Affair detailed the group teaming up to battle against a developed planning to build what they’re calling a ‘concrete bunker’ next to their retirement village.
Gillian, Darryl and Jo thought they’d live out their final years in picturesque Bondi Beach.
“I will have absolutely no light whatsoever. I will not be able to see the blue sky, and I will not have any ventilation. I won’t have any air coming in,” Darryl Bourke said of the proposed development.
The episode brought in a Total TV National Reach of 1,478,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 1,023,000.
Over on Seven, RFDS brought in a Total TV National Reach of 1,302,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 794,000, as Aussies watched tuned in to see the realities workers of the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia.
ABC‘s 7.30 saw a Total TV National Reach of 1,299,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 877,000.
Channel 10‘s 10 News continues to struggle for views, bringing in a Total TV National Reach of 550,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 280,000.
