The second night of the quarter finals of The Voice pulled in a total TV national reach of 1.7 million and an average audience of 930 thousand. Monday night’s viewership placed The Voice in fifth place of OzTam’s TV Ratings, and second in the entertainment program stakes.
In the episode, coaches Richard Marx, Melanie C, Ronan Keating and Kate Miller-Heidke were forced to cut their teams in half—taking each team from four to two.
The eight artists remaining have all booked a spot in the semi final. Representing team Richard is Tika Cetinich from Victoria and Tommy Novak from NSW.
Taylor Beadle-Williams from NSW and Yung Milla from the Northern Territory snapped up the two spots for team Melanie C, whilst Ronan kept Leyla Sabo from Victoria and The 60Four from South Australia.
Teak Kate rounds out the semi finalists, with Miller-Heidke picking Charlotte June from South Australia and Daisha Auda from Queensland.
The most watched entertainment program of the night was The Block. Nine’s ratings powerhouse reached two million viewers overnight and raked in an average audience of 1.1 million.
