First Dates Australia continued to charm viewers on Tuesday night, with Seven’s dating series serving up another round of first impressions, make-out sessions, spilt pasta and believe it or not – declining cards.
The show, which returned to Seven for its 2026 season in late June, has been airing weekly on Tuesdays at 7:30pm.
Last night’s episode reached 1.151 million Australians, with a Total TV National Average Audience of 554,000.
Dater Bronte accidentally dropped pasta sauce onto her dress during dinner – using the bathroom hand dryer to get rid of the stain. To make matters worse, it happened right in front of her mum, Michelle, who was also on a date at the restaurant.
Later in the evening, her date Oli had his bank card decline several times when the bill arrived, forcing him to keep trying to pay.
To really top things off, Jessica and Jason threw caution to the wind, sealing their date with a passionate pash before saying goodbye.
Over on Nine, The Hundred With Andy Lee remained the strongest entertainment offering of the night, reaching 1.317 million viewers with an average audience of 646,000, while the network’s new true-crime documentary Outback Terror: The Falconio Murder debuted to a national reach of 1.163 million and an average audience of 432,000.
MasterChef Australia continued to lead the charge for Ten during Heat Week, reaching 1.135 million viewers and averaging 702,000 as contestants took on another high-pressure challenge. The Cheap Seats followed later in the evening, drawing a national reach of 1.049 million and an average audience of 540,000.
On the ABC, 7.30 was the broadcaster’s top entertainment and current affairs performer, reaching 1.223 million Australians with an average audience of 769,000, while Stuff the British Stole attracted a national reach of 768,000 and an average audience of 430,000.
