Seven’s House Rules is, unfortunately, no match for 10’s revamped MasterChef as the cooking show once again reached over one million on its second night.
According to OzTAM metro numbers, MasterChef Australia (1,095,000) was more than double (119 per cent bigger) than House Rules (499,000) in total people.
Last night’s episode was also its biggest audience for a season’s second episode since 2011.
However, in good news for Seven, in total network share, Seven took the crown across all channels with 25.5 per cent. Network 10 got silver with 24.3 per cent, Nine did 23.0 per cent, while ABC and SBS did 16.8 per cent and 10.4 per cent respectively.
