Tuesday TV Wrap: Married At First Sight Grabs 827,000 Eyeballs, But Seven Wins The Night

Nine’s Married At First Sight wins entertainment with 827,000 viewers – and honestly, it’s somehow got more awkward between the couples.

Seven News hit 916,000 viewers while Nine News had 779,000 viewers.

Nine’s A Current Affair scored 643,000 viewers – Who can convince Grimshaw to become a politician? Because I’m certain the camera crew are ready to run a campaign!

As per OzTAM’s metro numbers, Seven’s Winter Olympics peaked at 419,000 viewers. The Chase grabbed 482,000 viewers, Home And Away earned 493,000 viewers – how much can we put this poor beach lovers through? 

For Nine, Hot Seat grabbed 360,000 viewers –  honestly, Hot Seat makes me realise there are major gaps in my learning! And Nine’s Afternoon News earned 289,000 viewers and Andy Lee’s The Hundred hit 361,000 viewers.

For 10, The Project hit 357,000 viewers and Survivor grabbed 438,000 viewers –  Petition for Anthony Lapaglia to make an appearance!

Finally, ABC had a strong night with ABC Newsnetting 598,000 viewers, 7.30 nabbing 498,000. 
Out on top was the Seven Network with 32.4 per cent. Nine Network was behind with 29.3 per cent of the daily share. Next was 10 Network with 17.1 per cent of the share, followed by the ABC Network with 13.6 per cent, while the SBS had 7.6 per cent.
