Tony Armstrong Clears Up OnlyFans Rumours

Tony Armstrong Clears Up OnlyFans Rumours

ABC Sports presenter, Tony Armstrong had the internet in a flutter when it appeared he had launched an OnlyFans account. However, Armstrong quickly denied the rumours.

It has been a salacious week for Armstrong, first, he accidentally said “bulging dick” on-air and now he is shooting down rumours he joined OnlyFans.

It all began when a seemingly verified tick account appeared on OnlyFans yesterday that claimed it was Armstrong’s account. Journalist, Osman Faruqi took to Twitter to share the exciting but unexpected news.

OnlyFans is a content subscription service, that has recently made headlines as the platform was considering banning x-rated content, it later backtracked on this decision. Besides hosting porn, the platform is also regularly used by influencers who want to be paid for the content they create. So Armstrong’s account didn’t automatically mean he’d be making x-rated content.

It also didn’t seem particularly unbelievable either, because the OnlyFans account disclosed that it would only be up for a month and all profits would go to the RDC Foundation. A charity that raises money for brain cancer research.

Subsequently, a few media outlets began reporting that Armstrong had seemingly joined the platform.

The subscription was also a bargain, $6.79 a month.

However, when Armstrong didn’t share it on any of his social media accounts, people online began to question if the account was legitimate. Finally, ABC reported that Armstrong has denied having an OnlyFans account.

Armstrong also made it official when he took to Twitter to clear his name.

So that’s the end of that.

Except it isn’t! Armstrong has now taken to Twitter to confirm the account is his!
