Thursday TV Wrap: Carlton Defeating 2021 Grand Finalist The Western Bulldogs Nabs 401,000 Viewers

Seven’s AFL is proving a success with Carlton defeating the bulldogs pulled in 401,000 viewers.

Seven News peaked at 862,000 viewers, while Nine News earned 846,000 viewers.

Nine’s A Current Affair scored 438,000 viewers. Meanwhile, NRL earned 278,000 viewers. Tipping Point reached 299,000 viewers. Hot Seat grabbed 398,000 viewers – what’s more tiring answering general knowledge questions or playing sport? 

As per OzTAM’s metro numbers, Seven’s The Chase pulled in 435,000 viewers and Home And Away managed 365,000 viewers – what’s harder answering general knowledge questions or keeping track of the characters on the soaps’ love lives? 

For 10, 10 News First grabbed 287,000 viewers. and the Socceroos Vs Japan match brought in 309,000 viewers – which was a pretty heartbreaking match, come on the roos!

ABC had a strong night with ABC News, netting 585,000 viewers and 7.30 earning 448,000 viewers. Foreign Correspondents earned 263,000 viewers – Ita can have a glass of wine in celebration.   
Out on top was the Seven Network with 31.0 per cent. Nine Network was behind with 25.7 per cent of the daily share. Then 10 Network with 17.1 per cent of the share, Followed by the ABC Network with 15.2 per cent. In comparison, the SBS had 10.9 per cent.
