South Melbourne based full-service communications agency Think HQ has hired Louisa Moy as its digital marketing specialist.
Bringing agency experience across Australian and European markets, Moy has previously managed digital campaigns for the Federal Government, IBM and Medibank.
At Think HQ, Moy will lead all digital marketing efforts, including digital strategy and social media advertising.
Her skillset is a great addition to Think HQ, according to founder and managing director Jen Sharpe.
Sharpe said: “As we continue our expansion to a genuinely full-service agency, and strengthen our focus on creative and advertising, Louisa’s expertise across audience segmentation, trend forecasting and creative testing is a timely and attractive offering.”
Moy, who in previous roles has managed social moderation for large annual campaigns including the Department of Health’s Childhood Immunisation efforts and the ABS’ Australian Marriage Law Postal Survey campaign, is passionate about helping people view digital marketing – particularly social media – as an end-to-end system.
Moy commented: “As well as providing a place to wed purpose and expertise, what excites me about Think HQ is that they’ve identified the growing issues with how decentralised marketing has come to be, and adapted accordingly.
“It still stuns me when you’re planning strategy and media, and at the same time, a creative agency is being briefed, totally separately.”
Effective creative and media should go hand go hand-in-hand, she says.
She concluded: “Consolidating them is the future of marketing and something that Think HQ is leading and succeeding in.”
