Music streaming giant Spotify has announced the appointment of media veteran Kate Perry as its group sales director for Australia and New Zealand.
Perry has spent the past four years with Bauer Media, having most recently led its NSW agency sales team. Prior to this, she was group brand manager across all of Bauer’s weekly titles, including Woman’s Day.
Before her stint at Bauer, Perry spent 10 years with Fairfax Media, where she held a number of sales management roles across some of its brands in both Sydney and Melbourne.
Perry’s new role at Spotify will see her be across Omnicom Media Group and IPG Mediabrands.
