Customer experience management company, Sitecore, has announced that Accenture Interactive, Avanade , Deloitte Digital, Oakton and Ogilvy Australia have been named as the first Sitecore Platinum Solution Partners in Australia and New Zealand.

Sitecore recently rolled out a new Solution Partner Program that more closely aligns the needs of its customers and partners. At the same time, the new program eases integration and maximises the value of Sitecore solution to customers. The program is also structured to support Sitecore’s partner-led business model and provides additional opportunity to grow and scale our Sitecore business.

“We congratulate all these companies on becoming Platinum Solution Partners. This designation illustrates how these organisations can complete Sitecore’s vision for customer experience management and to deliver these projects at scale,” said Owen Brandt, alliance director, Sitecore Australia & New Zealand.

“These organisations have demonstrated an extensive understanding of the entire Sitecore offering, have deep Sitecore knowledge and technical experience and are committed to creating happy Sitecore customers.”

The Sitecore Experience Platform(TM) combines web content management, marketing automation, email marketing, social media, e-commerce, optimisation, and analytics into a single, unified platform. The platform is incredibly easy to use, capturing every minute interaction – and intention – that customers and prospects have with a brand, both on a website and across other digital channels.

“Avanade is privileged to have helped numerous clients in this region realise results with Sitecore’s cloud-based digital marketing platform. As Australian enterprises move to take advantage of Azure data centres and Microsoft Office 365, we hope to see an even larger number of clients benefit from Sitecore,” said Sarah Adam-Gedge, Avanade Australia general manager. “With the most Sitecore implementations on Microsoft Azure worldwide, Avanade’s recognition as a Sitecore Platinum Partner is built on a deep foundation of expertise.”

Neil Wilson, CEO, Oakton, said, “Oakton is delighted to be distinguished as one of the very few Sitecore Platinum Implementation Partners in Australia. Our work with Sitecore will continue to enhance our strong digital solutions capability which is supported by our capability in strategy and architecture, customer experience modelling, solution development, information management and services integration competencies.”

Joel Lipman, partner with Deloitte Digital, said, “We are extremely excited to be recognised as one of Sitecore’s inaugural Platinum Partners. This is a fantastic acknowledgement of the vision of our clients, the passion and brilliance of our team and the capabilities of Sitecore as a platform. Together, with Sitecore, we have delivered some of the most complex, innovative and customer driven projects for some of Australia’s largest businesses.”

Jason Davey, head of digital, Ogilvy Australia said he was incredibly proud of the partnership as a true reflection of the strength of capabilities and the level of Ogilvy’s digital offering.

“We have been working with Sitecore since 2007, successfully delivering many enterprise level projects for clients. As the only marketing communications agency in Australia to have been endorsed as a Sitecore Platinum Implementation Partner highlights Ogilvy as a leader in delivering connected customer experiences.

“This endorsement from Sitecore highlights Ogilvy’s depth of digital skills together with our ability to manage customer interactions across all channels. When you combine this with our creative firepower the flow-on benefits of this partnership to our clients, both current and potential, are enormous,” said Davey.

“We are delighted for our expertise on Sitecore to be recognised with the highest level of partner status,” said Tim O’Neill, managing director Reactive, part of Accenture Interactive. “Sitecore continue to develop an exciting roadmap which is consistent with Reactive’s focus on digital customer experience and we look forward to delivering more successful solutions for our clients.”
