Seven West Media (SWM) has promoted Brent Stewart to the role of chief sales officer in WA, where he will be replacing Nathan Cave.
SWM WA CEO, Maryna Fewster expressed her confidence in the appointment and the direction for the advertising team, commenting, “Brent has been an integral part of our business for over 13 years and has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership and a proven track record of success. His dedication and commitment to our company’s performance and culture has made him an obvious choice to take on this opportunity.
“Brent steps into this role as we farewell Nathan Cave and thank him for his valued contribution to the business”, Ms Fewster said.
Mr Stewart has held a variety of roles across the sales team and most recently, joining the SWM WA Executive team in 2021 as General Manager, digital transformation.
On his appointment, Stewart said “I’m so excited to be returning to the advertising team and getting the opportunity to lead such a dynamic group. The future of our platforms and audience strategy remain incredibly strong and I can’t wait to get into market to connect with our customers”.
Stewart’s appointment is effective immediately.
