Salmat Goes Searching For Head Of Search, Finds It With Adrian Epstein

Salmat has announced the appointment of Adrian Epstein as head of search to evolve the company’s search and performance media offering.

With over 10 years’ experience working in the digital marketing sector, Epstein will head up a team of 15 search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO) specialists.

He will also be evolving the company’s search and performance media product offering to capitalise on market demand and customer engagement opportunities. Additionally, Epstein will be collaborating with other product team leads to leverage Salmat’s ROI driven search solution across the entire business suite offering.

“I’m extremely excited to be working at Salmat. The digital space is constantly evolving, providing new challenges and opportunities for marketers, and I look forward to helping our clients overcome those challenges and providing solutions that will drive their customer experience,” Epstein  said.

Before joining Salmat, Epstein was the head of SEM and social for Atomic212, where he helped the company become Australia’s fastest growing marketing agency. In the two years he was there, he grew the team from four to 13 and more than doubled annual revenue.

Prior to this he worked for a number of marketing companies locally and internationally, including Aegis Dentsu Company Columbus, and UK top 30 advertising agency Cogent Elliot.

Salmat’s chief operating officer for digital Ian Harris said, “Adrian will drive our innovation strategy for search and performance marketing.

“He not only has a strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and the supporting technologies, he also has a proven track record for business development and team leadership. His extensive insight and experience will be a huge asset to the business.”

Epstein is based at Salmat’s Headquarters in North Sydney.
