Leading Australian PR, social and experiential agency, Red Agency, has made four new appointments to its senior leadership team, including new hires and internal promotions as part of a strategy to fuel further growth within the business.
Davitha Ghiassi has been hired as its new Head of Social to lead Red Agency’s social offering, #RedSocial, across the agency’s three offices. Ghiassi joins Red Agency from digital creative agency Reborn where she led the social media department, with clients including Revlon, Lion Co, Independent Brands Australia and Tourism Queensland. Her appointment will drive Red Agency’s strategic social media offering with a remit of covering both existing clients and new business.

Grant Richmond-Coggan has been appointed to the role of client services director across Red Agency’s Sydney client portfolio, advancing from his previous role as associate director. Richmond-Coggan has made a significant impression since joining Red Agency in August 2015, with previous spells in-house and agency side in the Middle East and the UK, and will oversee client operations across the office in addition to driving business development. He will report to Sydney Principal, Jackie Crossman.
Adam Freedman has been promoted to the head of consumer Practice in Sydney. Previously holding the role of Account Director, Freedman’s role has extended and is tasked to drive the building of a more dynamic strategic and creative offering to clients looking to bolster their consumer marketing activities. Freedman has been with Red Agency for over four years since joining from leading UK consumer PR agency, House PR.
Anna Denby has been appointed as head of technology Practice in Sydney, joining the agency from WE Buchan, where she was responsible for building the agency’s technology division. Denby has more than 12 years of industry experience including agency and in-house roles, across the Australian and New Zealand markets. Denby will be charged with further building the agency’s burgeoning technology portfolio and driving the agenda for existing clients.
